In this free, full-day program for educators, explore the intersection between activism and education and the history of the movement to desegregate New York City schools. Enjoy guided tours of the Museum’s galleries, including Activist New York; primary sources and document workshops; and dialogue sessions exploring the history of the fight to ensure equity for New York City students.
This interdisciplinary day includes workshops that target curriculum standards for elementary, middle, and high school educators.
