This event has passed.
On Thursday, November 14, 2019, the Museum of the City of New York presented its 2019 Louis Auchincloss Prize to architect, teacher, and writer, Robert A.M. Stern. Following the award presentation, Stern sat down with Paul Goldberger for an insightful conversation.
Internationally renowned as an architect, Robert is also a historian, a teacher, a visionary urban planner, a champion of historic preservation, and a leading authority on architecture in New York City. Founder and Senior Partner of Robert A.M. Stern Architects, his firm's extraordinarily diverse portfolio spans the world and in New York City alone ranges from supportive housing to record-setting condominium apartment buildings and also includes buildings for academic buildings in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and the Bronx.
