Join us for our Third Annual LGBTQ Teen Summit! This special program offers a free full-day experience where New York City teens and youth come together from various organizations to share, create, learn, and discuss themes around the intersections of LGBTQ+ culture, history and art. This year’s summit will commemorate the 50th Anniversary of the Stonewall uprising. Teens will enjoy a keynote address by Kia LaBeija, art workshops, a teen talk discussion by Brooklyn Museum's InterseXtions Teens, a special performance by Bunny Michael, and a dance party with DJ Elosi. Teens will also experience an interactive tour of the exhibition Pride: Photographs of Stonewall and Beyond by Fred W. McDarrah as well as Activist New York. Most importantly, this program provides teens and youth an affirming space to celebrate Pride in community and radical joy.

This program includes free breakfast, lunch and all materials. Arrival registration and breakfast begin at 8:30am.

Teens, youth, allies and mentors are all welcome. For group registration or any questions, please contact Lauraberth Lima at FamilyPrograms@mcny.org
