Live Sketching: Powerful Poses

New York City is full of notable and powerful people! Explore the exhibitions New York at Its Core, Activist New York, and Gay Gotham: Art and Underground Culture in New York to learn about iconic New Yorkers, past and present. Then head back to the classroom and use charcoal to sketch powerful poses of iconic New Yorkers working with a live model. 


Registration Suggested

Family programs are free with Museum admission and for members, geared to families with children ages 6–12 years old, and include a snack. Activities are designed for adults and children to complete together.
