Get creative and relax with drinks in after hours Sketch & Sip sessions at the Museum this spring and summer. Simon Levenson, fine artist and professional art instructor, will guide you through sketching exercises as you explore the artwork on view. Each session features a different theme and visits to special exhibitions such as New York at Its Core and A City Seen.

Sketch & Sip is open to adults ages 21 years & up, of all artistic abilities. Fee includes two drinks (wine, beer, soda, and juice will be served) and drawing materials for use during class time. 

Advance registration is required. Space limited to 25 participants per class.

Simon Levenson is the drawing instructor at The National Arts Club and the founder of Drawing New York. He teaches oil painting at The Art Students League and drawing at the Museum of the City of New York and The Morgan Library and Museum. His oil paintings are represented by Cavalier Gallery. He has a permanent installation for The Metropolitan Transportation Authority at the Beach 60th Street station on the A train.

$30 for adults | $25 for seniors, students & educators (with ID) | $20 for Museum members.
Includes Museum admission.
