All experiences include free admission to the entire Museum so we recommend giving yourself time after your tour to explore the exhibition further.

Private Tours & Group Experiences

Immerse yourself in our exhibitions with an in-depth private look at our most popular exhibitions. Perfect for couples, families, team activities, corporate groups, or anyone looking for a more intimate experience.

Price Includes

  • 1-hour guided tour during public Museum hours 
  • Free admission to the Museum's galleries and special exhibitions  
  • 15% discount at the Museum Shop 

Starting at $350USD flat fee for up to 10 people ($300USD flat fee for non-profit organizations).

Self-Guided Tours:

Explore any of our museum exhibits freely at your own pace with your group.

Price:

  • $5 for any participant under 19 years of age.
  • $14 for any student 19 years of age and above.
  • $14 for seniors.
  • $20 for adults.

Curator-Led Experiences 

It doesn’t get much more behind-the-scenes than walking through an exhibition with its curator!  Our incredible staff use their expertise and passion to build immersive exhibitions. Subject to availability, curators can lead you through their work, giving you the inside story and bringing their exhibition to life. 

Price Includes

  • 1-hour tour led by Museum Curator during public Museum hours 
  • Free admission to the Museum's galleries and special exhibitions  
  • 15% discount at the Museum Shop 

Starting at $800USD flat fee for up to 10 people.

    Experience Add-Ons 

    Personalize your in-person experience with these add-ons. Order breakfast or lunch items in advance from the Museum at Chalsty’s Café, featuring local favorite, Amy’s Bread. Intimate receptions to follow your experience are also possible upon special request.

    • Group Experience before or after regular public hours (before 10 AM or after 5 PM), $800 flat fee 
    • Custom Tour creation, $100 flat fee  

    Current Exceptions to Know 

    Currently, the Museum is open to the public Thursday – Monday. (check the current public hours here). 

    However, any tour booked 10-4pm during a day when the Museum is temporarily closed to the public will be operated as a ‘public hours’ tour, with no extra costs. 

    Please keep in mind; 

    • Tours on these days will only have access to the Exhibition you’re touring (not the full Museum) 
    • The Museum Overview will not be available on these days 
    • Any food or coffee add-on from the café will have an additional flat $25 fee 

    Cancellation Policy 
    A 50% refund is available up to seven days before the date and time of your scheduled experience.
